Why do you offer a free account and is it really free?

Yes, free is really free. We believe repair should be the norm. Therefore, we consciously make it accessible for repairers to participate in our mission. You can start for free, and only when you enable appointments do we charge a commission on successful appointments.

What happens after creating my account?

We evaluate your registration within 24 hours and contact you for an online onboarding. This way, we set everything up together and you get maximum value from MrAgain right away.

What do paid memberships offer?

Paid memberships unlock additional possibilities such as automatic price calculation, advanced integrations (e.g., agenda/bookings) and extensive automations. Review requests and status updates are included in all accounts. You can always start with free and scale up later.

Do I need my own website?

No, that's not required. You get your own shop profile on MrAgain. If you already have a website, you can easily integrate our appointment module and widgets.

Can I have appointments booked on my own website?

Yes. With our integrations you embed the appointment planner on your own site. Appointments synchronize with your MrAgain dashboard.

Am I tied to a long-term contract?

No. We do not work with long-term contracts; it's flexible. Monthly cancellable and easy to scale up or down when your business grows.

How do I receive new requests and leads?

You receive requests directly in your dashboard and optionally via email or notifications. Customers can also schedule appointments directly; successful appointments fall under the commission scheme.

Do you offer couplings with systems I already use?
